I really love the Vintage Remedies Guide to real food. It is compiled in an informative manner, but is also easy to pick up and find information when you need it. The recipes are great too.

I haven’t tried any products but I did the mini herbal syrups course and it has saved my family!!! We don’t do antibiotics anyway but I have never made my own syrups. The elderberry is my favorite! We did the layering onion and ginger one and I personally love that one!!!!!
I would also love the basic remedies herbal kit! What a great way to get started.
