Vintage Remedies for Girls
We move into our brand new facility this weekend and will be hosting our big Open House bash on Aug 14th. Obviously we’re thrilled around here at Vintage Remedies, incredibly busy, but thrilled! The event will be filled with amazing local foods, lots of fun giveaways and news about the exciting new services we’ll be able to offer.
However, we know that not all of you are local and can’t just pick up and travel to Tennessee to participate in the fun. Soooo, we’ve decided to bring it to you! For the next three weeks – until the Open House event – we’ll be hosting some amazing deals and giveaways here on my blog.
Of course, there’s a catch. To make it fun, we’ll be requiring you to answer a question about some of our favorite herbs. The answer to the question will double as the coupon code for the deal of the week.
Here’s an example: If the question is… What’s the founder of Vintage Remedies’ first name? The coupon code would be “JESSIE” Got it? Ready?
This week (today through midnight on Friday) our special is the new Vintage Remedies for Girls workbook. Regular price for the book is $45. With the answer to today’s question, you can get a copy for only $30!!! That’s 1/3 off the retail price!
For the coupon code, you have to guess Caroline Andrew’s favorite herb. Need some hints? The name of the herb comes from a Greek word meaning “royal.” It is often used for culinary purposes and aids in digestion. One variety of this herb is called “holy” and is a popular adaptogen. (Another hint – all of this can be found in the Handbook of Vintage Remedies!)
UPDATE: This contest is over. The answer? Basil. This culinary herb has some amazing medicinal benefits. The next contest has been posted, so don’t miss it!

I have the answer, but where do I enter the coupon code? I didn’t see anywhere to enter it at checkout… or do I come down to your location & pick it up?
On the final checkout page, there is a box on the bottom left side of the screen. It is just above the “place your order” button. It will say: Use a Coupon, then have a place to enter the code. Click “apply” before completing the order and it will deduct the $15 discount.
